• Laylocks Garden Centre Ltd reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any one time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will take effect and posted on the website, therefore it is your responsibility to read the terms & conditions on each occasion you use this website. 

• By accessing the website, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions set out and you accept our privacy policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms & conditions set out in this agreement. Then please leave the website immediately and do not use any of the services available.

• In addition, your information which you have provided on our website may be used for the following: Laylocks Garden Centre Ltd products, promotions and services. 

• Following on from this, we may send you leaflets and brochures of our products and services. 

• Providing your information which contains your telephone number which we may use to phone you in regards to your account details

Returns Policy 

 

• Clothing has a 28 day returns policy from the date the item of clothing was purchased. The item or items must still have their tags attached. You must also be able to show us your receipt (proof of purchase) on the item of clothing. 

• We are confident in the quality of our hardy plants that we are happy to guarantee them for a year. We will gladly replace any hardy stock that does fail, provided it has been looked after correctly. Simply return the plant within the 1 year, along with the receipt (or proof of purchase) 

• Once we have accepted the returned hardy plant and its receipt we will give you back ONLY the value of which the hardy plant was purchased at. 

• Gardening tools - each item of tooling will have an manufacturers warranty. Any faulty goods please return your item with the proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.
