The Elves are buzzing with excitement as Christmas Day approaches. Join us for a visit to Santa and his Elves in the enchanting Grotto at Laylocks Garden Centre!

Each child ticket allows a child to meet Santa's elves and stroll through Santa’s Magical Grotto, meet and chat with Santa in his cozy lounge, and receive a gift.

Ticket Prices:

• Child Ticket: £12.00 (ages 6 months and up, includes a present)

• Under 6 months: FREE (does not include a present)

• Accompanying Adults: FREE (18 and older, do not receive a present)​

All Profits will go to Midlands Air Ambulance.

Where to go on the day of your booking?

- Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking

- Head towards the Christmas area and the grotto will be sign posted

- You will be greeted by the elves who will start your Grotto Experience

How long does the Grotto Experience last for?

10 minutes

Will my child receive a present?

Yes, every child will get a present who has a ticket

​

How many Adults can go in on one booking?

Maximum of 4 adults

How many Children can see Santa at once?

Maximum of 4

Can I Get a Refund?

Sadly due to high demand, we are unable to give you a refund, we are also unable to rearrange a time slot for you.

What happens if we are late to our time slot?

Unfortunately due to high demand and the length of the grotto experience, we will be unable to rebook slots.
