Laylocks Loyalty App – Terms & Conditions
The Laylocks Loyalty App, launched on Monday 1st of December 2025 is designed to reward our valued customers for their loyalty. Members earn 2 credit for every £1 spent in-store at Laylocks Garden Centre, The Ladybird Restaurant and other eligible on-site outlets; members are not able to earn credits by shopping at any excluded on-site concessions. These credits can be redeemed for a selection of rewards available within the Laylocks Loyalty App. Members also enjoy exclusive benefits, including, exclusive member-only prices, and a birthday treat. By joining the Laylocks Loyalty App you are agreeing to the terms within.
Membership Eligibility –
To join the Laylocks Loyalty App, individuals must be 18 years of age or older. Membership is open to customers who meet this age requirement and wish to enjoy the benefits of the loyalty app.
Joining the Laylocks Loyalty App –
Customers can join by visiting in-store where staff can help with registration, or by using the sign-up link available on our social media pages. Joining is free, and new members will immediately start earning credits on their purchases by scanning their Wallet Pass or QR code on the Laylocks Loyalty App at the till.
Earning credits –
Members can earn points by making purchases in store and scanning their Wallet Pass or QR Code on the Laylocks Loyalty App at the till. Members earn 2 credit for every £1 spent in-store at Laylocks Garden Centre, The Ladybird Restaurant and eligible outlets. Members are not able to earn credits when purchasing a Gift Card/Voucher or a HTA voucher. Members can add points once a transaction is settled by scanning the QR code on the bottom of the receipt. Laylocks Garden Centre reserves the right to terminate membership if they believe that a member is manipulating credits or rewards.
Redeeming credits –
Once a member has accumulated enough credits, members can redeem their rewards in-store at the checkout. Members must notify the cashier of the reward they’d like to redeem and the cashier will be able to redeem the offer against their transaction.
Program Changes & Termination Disclaimer
Laylocks Garden Centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Laylocks Loyalty App program at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes the right to make changes to membership benefits, reward values and any other aspect of the program. Laylocks Garden Centre will inform members of significant changes through updates in-store, on social media, or via email but it is the responsibility of members to review these updates. Laylocks Garden Centre is not liable for any loss of points or rewards resulting from program changes or discontinuation.
Laylocks Loyalty App Privacy Policy

Termination of Membership
Laylocks Garden Centre reserves the right to terminate a customer’s Laylocks Loyalty App account under certain circumstances. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, suspected misuse or fraudulent activity, such as attempting to manipulate points, redeem unauthorised rewards, or abuse membership benefits. Accounts may also be closed due to prolonged inactivity, if a member fails to comply with the program’s terms and conditions, or if false or incomplete information was provided during registration. Termination of an account may result in the forfeiture of any accumulated points, rewards, or benefits.
