🎅 Santa’s Grotto at Laylocks – Terms & Conditions 🎄

By purchasing tickets for Santa’s Grotto at Laylocks Garden Centre, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Tickets & Time Slots
Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated on your booking. Each booking is allocated a 10-minute time slot with Santa. Please check your chosen date and time carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Once your booking has been completed, we are unable to change or transfer your date or time slot. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, travel difficulties or a change of plans. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. ⚠️ Please Arrive 10 Minutes Early
You must arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time slot to allow time for check-in.

Our Grotto runs to a strict schedule to ensure every family receives their full magical experience with Santa.

If you arrive late and miss your allocated time slot, unfortunately we cannot fit you into another time slot and we cannot provide a refund.

Please allow plenty of time for your journey, parking and making your way to the Grotto.

4. Children & Supervision
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit. Children must not be left unattended at any time.

5. Gifts 🎁
Each child with a valid child’s ticket will receive one special gift from Santa as part of their Grotto experience. Gifts may vary and are subject to availability.

6. Tickets
Please have your booking confirmation/ticket ready to show when you arrive, either digitally or printed.

7. Event Changes or Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Laylocks Garden Centre has to cancel a Grotto session, affected customers will be contacted and offered an appropriate alternative or refund. We cannot be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of an event cancellation.

8. Photography 📸
Parents and guardians are welcome to take photographs during their visit unless advised otherwise by a member of the Laylocks team. Please be considerate of other families and avoid photographing other children without permission.

9. Behaviour & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask visitors to leave if behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive to our team, Santa or other visitors. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

10. Supporting Midlands Air Ambulance Charity ❤️🚁
All proceeds from Santa’s Grotto will be donated to Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. Thank you for helping us support such an important cause while making magical Christmas memories with your family.
