From your old e-mail address, send an e-mail to info@laylocks.co.uk with the request to change your e-mail address. Don’t forget to mention the new e-mail address!

How do Redeem my Rewards?

Show your mobile phone at the till point

The rewards you can redeem are shown in green. Tap the reward you want to redeem and then tap ‘redeem’.

The points are debited, and you receive the reward at the checkout
I don't want the app version, is there a phsycial card?
Yes, you are able to get a physical card but you must sign up in store only. You cannot apply for a physical card on our wesbite.
Can I have a physical Card and the mobile app?
No, it is one or the other
