About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de partie to support our kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced but relaxed setting. You’ll be preparing a varied menu using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and contributing to daily specials and menu planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, consistently and efficiently

Work closely with the Head Chef, Senior Chef and Front of House to ensure smooth service

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times

Work both stations (Hot & Cold)

Baking
-
Ability to work the pass
-
Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste
What We’re Looking For:

Proven cooking experience in a restaurant, café, bistro, or similar kitchen (minimum 1–2 years)

A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to manage prep and service for high volumes (up to 150 covers)

Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred)

Passion for quality, presentation, and seasonal ingredients

Rota:

One day off in the week

Shift patterns 8:00am-4:00pm

Alternate weekend working : Sat 8-4pm, Sunday 8:30-4pm
