Where to go on the day of your booking? - Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking - Head towards the Christmas area and the grotto will be sign posted - You will be greeted by the elves who will start your Grotto Experience ​ How long does the Grotto Experience last for? 10 minutes ​ Will my child receive a present? Yes, every child will get a present who has a ticket ​ How many Adults can go in on one booking? Maximum of 4 adults ​ How many Children can see Santa at once? Maximum of 4 ​ Can I Get a Refund? Sadly due to high demand, we are unable to give you a refund, we are also unable to rearrange a time slot for you. ​ What happens if we are late to our time slot? Unfortunately due to high demand the length of the grotto experience, we will be unable to rebook slots. ​
